1. Value input, Access Output, Measurement of corporate contributions – what Companies achieve not on how much they have spent
2. That applies business principles to corporate community activities
3. That focus is on 4 question – Why, How, What and Where
A Company creates the following:
A development of a mind set of community awareness amongst employees that may result in volunteerism of employers in a companies CSI projects’
Add strategic vision to CSI and developing a CSI strategy.
Research, identify and manage appropriate CSI initiatives and opportunities.
